Boulder High School Training Review

This morning training at Boulder High School was T-H-E perfect day for outdoor training for Boulder Sports Performance members. This particular session worked on incorporating a lot of LONG, repetitive endurance movements for the legs. Using the track and field as BSP's main focus of where the work was done, members were visually perspiring within the first 10 minutes. Doing this type of training not only helps the body become stronger physically, but also trains the mind to deal with the fatigue set in after 60+ minutes of intense work. Great job to all those who participated in today's training.
