Mental Prep

It is time, not only to start physically training, but to get your state-of-mind out of winter hibernation and back into training mode.  I know some of you have been training at high gear all winter... KUDOS to you.  But some of you are like me and relaxed mentally over the winter.  Also, down time due to injuries causes some lag in mental toughness and perseverance.  That said, it is time to push yourself beyond the burning, beyond the exhaustion, beyond your limits, so that you can set new, higher limits and reach your goals this year.

Motivate mentally and your body will follow!
