Really? Snowing Again?

Alright, who else is completely sick of the snow?  Well, we have this storm and maybe one or two more to deal with this Spring, so a way to stay fit even if you are stuck inside is with body weight exercises.  BSP does them in all of the training sessions and they are easily done are your own and inside or out.  These exercises include push-ups, burpees, squat jumps, jump lunges, pull-ups, wall sits, head stand leg raises, etc.  Ask Tony for more exercises if you want to put together a routine to do at home.  Body weight exercises will not increase your muscle mass significantly, but they will keep things tight and tucked and looking fabulous!

Bring on the sun already!

    Good suggestions for indoor, simple exercises. I'll try to remember next time I'm bummed to be inside.--kate
