Chautauqua Park Training Review
With today's weather & "cool" breeze to keep Boulder Sports Performance Members content that this is one of the few workout, so far, that has been ideal training; BSP "hammered" Chautauqua Park. Although during this spring season there are lots of other people hiking, running, or getting some sort of exercise in, Boulder Sports Performance made its presence know at Chautauqua with extreme intensity and focus. Since I was conducting the training, I noticed that every person within an ears-shot distance were observing & in awe of what BSP Members were putting their bodies through {either that or it was all the yelling that I was doing :-) }. It WAS a tough workout, especially since leg strengthening was focused on in the first 45 minutes. After I decided that every Boulder Sports Performance Member had adequately fatigued their legs; all BSP Members did sets of approx. 150 meter sprints both forward AND backwards. I definitely observed some shaky legs throughout the session. Nice work by everyone!!!
