Flagstaff Training Review

For this week's evening training Boulder Sports Performance focused on the first-quarter of the Flagstaff Trail (the trail is approximately 2 miles from the trailhead to the top); which is one of the steeper parts of the trail. This trail has been coined to make the "meek into the mighty" and turn those legs into "Quadzilla". For those Boulder Sports Performance Members that are not looking for muscular legs, there was plenty of running incorporated to keep the lean/tone look for the thighs AND glutes so small & firm that your significant other could mistake them for rocks. All Boulder Sports Performance Members that attend definitely were breathing hard and had the sweat pouring from head to toe. As spring and summer approaches all BSP Members should start getting excited to be breathing the fresh air, getting an awesome tan and most importantly working out hard!!! See each and everyone of you all next week.
