Harlow Platts Park / Viele Lake Training Review
On this wonderful crisp & cool evening on "Earth Day", Boulder Sports Performance had its training at Harlow Platts Park / Viele Lake for an upper body workout. This session was reminded of the "old-school" days where Boulder Sports Performance used rocks, tattering benches, gravel footing and other "natural" items to conduct the workout. All in recognition of Earth Day. Those Boulder Sports Performance Members that were in attendance definitely verbalize within the first 20 minutes, fatigue in the chest and arms. It is definitely a lot different when training endurance work of any aspect of fitness, whether it be weight-training, cardiovascular work, etc. Lucky, BSP was able to finish just in time before the rain starting coming down. This particular workout is a MUST in the future for those that were not able to make it. HAPPY EARTH DAY!!!
