Planning for Fitness
As Boulder Sports Performance moves into this Spring and Summer season it is always a good idea to assess goals that were created at the beginning of the year. Each year, as the New Year comes and goes, people tend to set goals; but ultimately forget about them as they have not written them down. Writing down goals is a good way to commit to fitness, nutrition, and overall health benefits. Although we're 4 months into 2010 and maybe your goals have yet to be written...try writing them down now. ITS NEVER TOO LATE!!! Races, events, and competitions, held locally & nationally, are good ways to have the motivation to stick with a training routine. Boulder Sports Performance and its members have good camaraderie to hold each other accountable for attending sessions and traveling to races together. So with that said, here's to hard future trainings with Boulder Sports Performance and achieving your goals for 2010!!!
