Boulder High School Training Review
For today's training at Boulder High School, Boulder Sports Performance Members worked the first half of the session on leg strengthening exercises then finished off with the stadium stairs. The training at the end of the session worked on mental concentration while the body was fatigue. As people's bodies become tired and unresponsive the mental aspect of most people is basically not there. Boulder Sports Performance used today's session to work on agility & speed to build muscle memory. And in the end developed "a notch up" on mental toughness AND FREE sample from Boulder Sports Performance newest sponsor, Justin's Nut Butter. Great job to all BSP Members!!!
