Training in the "Elements"
With the sometimes unpredictable weather here in Colorado, there is always a question of..."What should I do if its too snowy OR too windy OR too hot?" The answer is easy and simple, train SMART. Over the past couple of days, different elements of the weather have been present and the motivation to train is just not there. Think to yourself on those difficult days where its hard to muster the energy, "This is gonna make me that much better" OR "this is what's gonna separate me from everyone else." Even though training inside is maybe not the "ideal" option it is much better than staying in bed. You'll feel a lot better physically and especially mentally.
