Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates

Moving into December, Boulder Sports Performance Members are training harder than ever!! With the weather being as "cooperative" as it can be for this winter thus far, BSP has been putting in strenuous training sessions every week. For those that have been training, indication of performances' in winter extracurricular activities (i.e. skiing, snowboarding, etc.) have been VERY positive. For those that have yet to make it out to a Boulder Sports Performance training session, don't be afraid to come out; the only way to get in shape...IS TO START!!

Boulder Sports Performance has obtained 3 extremely knowledgeable interns that are building the solid foundation for a successful business for Boulder Sports Performance. One of the keys components they are putting together is a quality services questionnaire. Some BSP Members have already filled out this survey, HOWEVER, we're asking that each and every one of you take a brief (maximum 3-5 minutes to fill out) period to fill out the useful survey to better service YOU!! Even if you have not attended a Boulder Sports Performance training, you opinion is VERY IMPORTANT. Click BSP's Survey.

The following is the Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:

~Wednesday, Chautauqua Park Training at 5:45PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up),
~Tuesday, CAMP Boulder Sports Performance at 9:15AM,
~Saturday, Boulder High School Training at 9:00AM -- 60-75 minutes.
