What a start to the new year as Boulder Sports Performance kicked-off 2011 with its 2nd Annual New Years Day party. BSP had a little over 20 people in attendance, who were hosted in the beautiful residence of BSP Member Kate Readio. All Boulder Sports Performance members enjoyed great food and company as well as setting their goals for 2011. NOW...Let's get out there an start working towards those goals!
The Colorado weather has been cooperating thus far and Boulder Sports Performance's training has been optimal as well. Please continue to partake in the group trainings as this will provide different aspects of endurance-type training each session creating an "all-around" performance enhancement.
Lastly, be on the lookout for Boulder Sports Performance's January Happy Hour. Ideas are being submitted, so if there is a location your interested in, please feel free to email suggestions.
***There will be NO Boulder Sports Performance training this coming weekend*** However, Boulder Sports Performance will continue having 2 sessions this week. Below is the schedule for this week.
The following is the Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
~Wednesday, CU Williams Village Training at 5:45PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up),
~Friday, Boulder High School Training at 5:00PM -- 60-75 minutes.
