Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates

What a beautiful overcast Sunday to start Daylight Savings Time; moving those clocks forward by ONE hour. From here until the next winter season begins, means longer daylight in the evenings which creates longer days; for training...of course. What this also means is SPRINGTIME is here which represents warmer weather. Most Boulder Sports Performance Members have been working hard throughout the winter season and are excited for old & new BSP Members to join the Boulder Sports Performance Group Training.

Next, Boulder Sports Performance will be conducting its March Happy Hour in conjunction with another outstanding local Boulder company (be on the lookout). The tentative date for March's Happy Hour will be Thursday, March 31 with the time and location to be determined. Stay tuned for further details in next weeks email.

The following is the Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:

~Wednesday, Boulder High School Training at 6:00PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up)
~Saturday, Folsom Hill Training at 10:00AM -- 60-75 minutes
