On a ROLL!

Actually, make that, on a ROLLER!  On a foam roller in fact.  For those of you not familiar with foam rollers, they are a wonderful low-tech invention (that you will kick yourself for not inventing yourself and making millions) that every runner/athlete should own and USE!  For those of you that are familiar with foam rollers, you know that it is very easy to own a roller and not USE it, but rather let it collect dust under the bed.

Well, this is a wake up call to all!  Buy, use, live and love those foam rollers!  They help with muscle recovery, soreness, injuries, etc.  Look up "self-myofascial release techniques" or simply "foam rolling" on the web and read about all the benefits to enduring the pain of rolling on foam!   Make it a daily/nightly habit... you will learn to love the pain... a lot like Tony's workouts!
