Scott Carpenter Park Training Review

Today was fabulous weather to train outside...not too cold, not too hot. All Boulder Sports Performance's members started with long sleeve shirts and pants. Within 10 minutes on the Folsom Hill, everyone had shed down to short sleeve shirts and some were in shorts. The entire 60+ minutes was spent on the Folsom Hill working on leg drills, high heart rate training (including plyometrics) and then finishing off with speed work. Those that were in attendance should definitely feel at least some fatigue in the legs tomorrow. Some BSP members were regulating their heart rate as well as their caloric burn throughout the session; all were 600+ calories for the session. One in particular got over 850 calories!!! Awesome job everyone!!
