Chautauqua Park Training Review

So for today's training at Chautauqua Park, Boulder Sports Performance was going to work on leg strengthening exercises. Well,...I was waiting at the Ranger Station for 1 minute, then 5 minutes, then 10 minutes. At about 10 minutes, I was under the assumption maybe some Boulder Sports Performance members were running late. I decided to do 1 easy lap around Chautauqua Park, then 2 laps, 3, 4, then 5 laps. Still....no one showed so I just keep running up and down the Blue Bell trail incorporating lunges, squats, plyometrics and ended up getting a pretty good sweat going!!! YES,...I was the "Lone Ranger" today. Just me, my thoughts, and putting myself through the torture you all go through. Guess I can understand why ALL BSP members missed today's mid-day training. No excuses for Saturday,...you all have had ample time for rest and recovery. See you then!!!
