Folsom Hill Training Review

Boulder Sports Performance BEAT THE SNOW!!! Today's  mid-morning, early-afternoon workout was a great day for training at Folsom Hill. Boulder Sports Performance members worked on drills to incorporate balance, agility, quickness, and strength. With repetitive drills on Folsom Hill, it is a vital key in developing yourself as an all-around-athlete. Most, but not all, BSP members participate in some form or fashion of racing...whether is be running, triathlons, cycling, skiing, etc. I would challenge each and every one of you to access yourself pre-Boulder Sports Performance and post-Boulder Sports Performance (**meaning consistent training of 3+ months) to observe if there have been any changes.
