TOMORROW is the day,...the second LARGEST race in the U.S.,...the race OF ALL races,...the BolderBoulder 10K is upon us!!! Most Boulder Sports Performance members have been focusing their training efforts on this tremendous race since the first of the year. Remember to stay relaxed and use that nervousness and adrenaline towards a great race. Be patient at the beginning, hold those reigns, and let it loose after the Casey Hill (mile 4). Those Boulder Sports Performance members that are runners have practiced hard on those hills and should know each turn, twist and climb on the course. You all have studied hard, now all that's left is to take the test and most importantly HAVE FUN!!!
Afterwards, come join fellow Boulder Sports Performance Members in Section 210 of Folsom Field to watch the conclusion of the citizens race, the elite race and the Memorial Day tribute. Share your BolderBoulder stories and enjoy your accomplishment with other BSP Members. Then Boulder Sports Performance will be heading to BSP Member, Kate Readio's home, for a post-BolderBoulder BBQ. Please RSVP through Facebook or Evite. Also bring a side dish and BYOB as she and Rick will be providing burgers and refreshments.
The following is training for this coming week. All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
~Thursday, Mt. Sanitas Training at 5:30PM;
~Saturday, Folsom Hill Training at 10:00AM.
