Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates


This past weeks training had Boulder Sports Performance Members tackling Mt. Sanitas on Wednesday and Boulder High School on Sunday. After Wednesday workout, it crossed my mind to conduct a "Time Trial" UP Mt. Sanitas once every 2 months. After the attempt, record each persons time, then compare to previous "Time Trial" to see if the BSP Members is getting faster, slower or same. This would be a great way to gauge individual fitness levels (cardiovascular, respiratory and muscular endurance) keeping in mind we all have "bad days" AND "good days". First time trial will be set in next weeks email....stay tuned!

This coming FRIDAY, August 27th,...Boulder Sports Performance is having its "Back to School Happy Hour" at the Boulder Organic Pizzeria from 4:30PM to "whenever" (keep in mind that Happy Hour ends at 6:00PM at BOP). Join Boulder Sports Performance for some great drink specials and delicious pizza (Boulder Organic Pizzeria also has their gluten free menu)!! This is a great time for BSP members and BSP sponsors to get together, connect and have fun. Feel free to bring as many friends and family members as you want! We hope to see as many people there as possible.

The following is Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming weekPLEASE make note of the following days & times! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
~Wednesday, Chautauqua Park / Blue Bell Hill Training at 6:30PM,
~Sunday, Folsom Hill Training at 10:00AM (approx. 75 minutes).
