Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates

This past week, Boulder Sports Performance moved its training during the weekday to 6PM. Since the recent time change, this has been a great change, as there is more daylight. This has also created an opportunity for thoseBSP Members that have missed during the winter (because of work, daylight, etc.) to RE-join Boulder Sports Performance. We're excited to have those members come out as well as new ones; so tell friends, fellow "endurance-type" athletes, family members OR someone just looking for a KICK-BUTT workout.

COMING UP: Boulder Sports Performance is teaming up with Ability Physical Therapy (where BSP Member, Katie Ferrington, is based) to host its March Happy Hour, Thursday March 31st at 4:30 at Harpo's Sports Bar and Grill. Harpo's Sports Grill has over 30 tv's, 3 pool tables, rooftop dining with one of the best views in Boulder, & a "state-of-the-art" satellite system featuring ALL major sports packages, game room, NTN Trivia, and Texas Hold em' every night. Their Happy Hour is from 3 - 6 PM, however, Thursday's they offer extended specials on certain menu items.

For all of you that have NOT joined
BSP for a Happy Hour, come on out and see what the fun is all about. And for the “regulars,” Boulder Sports Performance expects to see you there. Bring NEW/interested members, significant others, friends and family to socialize and be merry.  We're looking forward to a great evening with Boulder Sports Performance and Ability Physical Therapy.

The following is the Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:

~Wednesday, Boulder High School at 6:00PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up),
~Saturday, On Your Own (OYO); get out there for a hike, bike ride OR run.

Have a wonderful week from the Boulder Sports Performance Team.
