Boulder Sports Performance Weekly Updates

First week of May newsletter:

1. What a SUCCESSFUL April Hour Happy at the Dark Horse Saloon put together by BSP and BoulderFields (owner & operated by BSP Member Kim Larson). BSP & BoulderFields were able to raffle off some REALLY cool prizes and to raise money for Outdoor MindsetEveryone enjoyed the evening and all parties are looking forward to next month's Happy Hour....stayed tuned!!

2. With the month of May here, the ENTIRE city of Boulder is gearing up for the BolderBoulder. For those looking to set a PR (Personal Best), have fun participating in the biggest 10K in the US, OR watch the festivities unfold along the course, Boulder Sports Performance welcomes you to partake in BSP's Run Group. BSP's Run Group meets every Wednesday & Friday at the front entrance of 24 Hour Fitness at 6:50AM SHARP. BE THERE!!

3. BSP athletes have participated OR are participating in different endurance events as springtime is here. Please feel free to post previous races, upcoming races OR training tips on BSP's FAN Facebook page.

The following is the Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:

~Wednesday, Boulder High School at 6:00PM (approx. 75 minutes including the 10 min. warm-up),
*** Because of the Mother's Day holiday ***
~Friday, Boulder Sports Performance Stair Training at 6:00PM.
