Admiral Arleigh A. Burke Park Training Review
Boulder Sports Performance beat the winter storm that has buried Boulder today (10+ inches...YUCK) by getting in a great upper body workout. Using the park playground, just like in grade school, Boulder Sports Performance members were able to use ALMOST everything to fatigue the upper body... the parallel bars, monkey bars, fireman pole, hanging arm walks, rock presses, etc. Although there were a lot of smiles during the session, it was stated today by two BSP Members that attended yesterday that there was some definite soreness. Boulder Sports Performance finished off the session inside Flatiron Athletic Club (as during the session it was progressively getting colder & colder) with an upper body rotation between 4 stations. If was awesome!!!
