Let's see what you can do!

Make the most out of our mild weather this weekend and change up your training a bit! Get into the foothills and take a hike, get on your bike, go on a long trail run, etc.  You have been working on your strength and endurance for weeks now, and this would be a great weekend to see how training has improved your fitness in your other favorite activities.  Have a nice weekend! - jessie
