Mt. Sanitas Training Review
First of all,...HAPPY ST. PATTY'S DAY!!! Boulder Sports Performance decided to be "green" and spend today's workout on the beautiful trail of Mt. Sanitas. Surrounded by the "green" trees and "green" grass, this 1.3 mile jaunt up 1,200 ft. left those BSP Members that attended definitely winded & totally fatigued. Good thing there was no "green" vomit afterwards (ah come on...it St. Patty's Day...just had to). A very impressive time for the incline by ALL BSP Members to reach the top of Mt. Sanitas in 30 minutes. That is also including stopping frequently to hit some push-ups, alternating lunges, and in-place squats. On the downhill portion Boulder Sports Performance Members treaded lightly and engaged those quadriceps (as the brake) to take it to the bottom. Awesome job by everyone that showed up today!!!
