Boulder High School Training Review

For this weekend's training, Boulder Sports Performance headed to one of its favorite spots to train...Boulder High School. Before the session, one of Boulder Sports Performance's sponsors, Premier Acupuncture, was present to give complementary pre-acupuncture treatments for performance & musculature awareness. As the session ended, two BSP Members indicated how they thought the treatment worked as they were able to maintain a high-level of intensity the entire training. As far as the training went, all Boulder Sports Performance Members maintained constant movement, sustained OR high heart rate throughout the entire 60 minutes!! Although the weather was a little bit cool, there was definitely sweat dripping off some participants. This Boulder Sports Performance group is noticeably getting better and better.

If you have yet to partake in a Boulder Sports Performance training, do not be intimidated by your level of fitness. A fitness base is highly recommended as it is ensured that each person gets the intensity they're looking for. Consistency to each session WILL result in a definite fitness increase among other supplemental health benefits. All that is asked of each participant is a 100% effort, never quitting, and giving everything you got. That along with a positive attitude will get each and everyone of you through a training session. See you at BSP's next training!!
