Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates (EARLY EDITION)

Just because Boulder Sports Performance does not have scheduled training this week, does not mean that there is a "free-bee weekend". One of BSP Members, Dan Grigsby, will be running Magnolia Road this coming Sunday, April 18th. Remember, meet at the Justice Center on 6th & Canyon at 9:15AM SHARP; don't leave Dan hanging alone! Magnolia Road is a causal, informal, high-altitude training that will definitely reap AMAZING benefits with the limited oxygen up there.

IMPORTANT: Don't forget about April's "Earth Day" Happy Hour next Friday, April 23rd at the Walnut Brewery at 5:00PM. Boulder Sports Performance will have a private room located at the back of the restaurant that will be open by 4PM (for those that wanna get a head start). Come out, hang out, AND have delicious food, fabulous drinks and great conversation with fellow Boulder Sports Performance Members. We look forward to seeing everyone in attendance.

Next week training has already been posted. Please note the days & times. Also, please try to RSVP through Meetup.com (search "Boulder Sports Performance") so BSP can have an accurate count of who to expect at each session:
~Thursday, April 22nd 5:30PM, Harlow Platts Park / Viele Lake
~Saturday, April 24th 10:00AM, Boulder High School
MAKE NOTE: On of BSP's fabulous sponsors, Premier Acupuncture of Boulder, will be providing complementary(FREE) pre-training performance enhancement treatments at Boulder High's training to Boulder Sports Performance members to help reach & EXCEED YOUR GOALS!!. For those that are interested be at the parking lot of Boulder High NO LATER than 9:30AM.
"Acupuncture naturally enhances your sports performance to help you achieve the time, speed & quality that you have been striving for."

Lastly, for those that are interested in watching the Boston Marathon (8AM MST start time) on Monday morning after run group, there will be several Boulder Sports Performance Members heading the Vic's Coffee to watch "live" streaming coverage on Universal Sports (Unfortunately I won't be fast enough to be on TV, but it is awesome to see the elite runners...so smooth & steady). Or runnertracking will be available to see fellow Coloradans running.

Have a great weekend and looking forward to training next week. From the Boulder Sports Performance Team.
