Mt. Sanitas Training Review

What a weird & odd day for weather in Boulder, CO. It started off with flurry, blizzard-like conditions (literally large flakes), followed by wet, muddy trails and ending with the sun shining as it went over the horizon. That did not stop Boulder Sports Performance from conducting its training on Mt. Sanitas. As BSP Members made its way up Mt. Sanitas, it looked as if everyone was kind-of dragging and did not have much energy. Maybe cause of the weather or maybe because it is getting towards the end of the week. However, after passing the halfway point, each Boulder Sports Performance Member "dug deep" inside and "hammered" the final stretch with the last BSP Member finishing in 30:35. That has set the NEW bar, I believe, for Boulder Sports Performance's Mt. Sanitas Group Training. Great job everyone!!!
