3 WEEKS from tomorrow will be the BolderBoulder!!! BSP is looking at having some awesome representation at this race as it's coined the "largest 10K in America". Boulder Sports Performance hopes that those BSP Members that have not been out to train with us are getting themselves ready for the race. For those that have been out to Boulder Sports Performancetrainings or BSP's running groups in the mornings, all members look focused, determined and ready to go. Stayed tuned for details about the "pre-BolderBoulder" gathering in which Boulder Sports Performance will relax, eat some good food, and enjoy the taper. At the party we'll go over race day details, strategies and where we'll be meeting at the Folsom Stadium to watch the elite race and talk about race experiences.
This coming Friday, May 14th at 5:00PM, Boulder Sports Performance will be having its May Happy Hour at the Boulder Organic Pizzeria (on the corner of Walnut & Broadway). As indicated by many people that have been there, this is anOUTSTANDING restaurant that appeals to "pretty much" all dietary specific needs...including, gluten-free, Vegan-friendly, etc. Boulder Sports Performance is looking forward to another awesome Happy Hour with each and every BSP Members. We hope that each of you can join us.
The following is training for this coming week. Please note the days & times. All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
~Thursday, Sunrise Amphitheater Training at 5:30PM (90 minutes!!);
~Saturday, Folsom Hill Training at 10:00AM (meet at the Scott Carpenter Park parking lot).
