Mt. Sanitas Training Review
Lightning, rain and hail...oh my. Today's evening training on the Mt. Sanitas trail showcased the nerves of steel each and every Boulder Sports Performance Member had inside them. Boulder Sports Performance made it up in 30:11 (which I believe is a NEW BSP group RECORD!!) in the pelting rain, gale-force winds, and hammering-down hail. Working mainly on pure cardiovascular training, BSP work through the horrendous conditions and kept their heart rate on the anaerobic threshold. What an awesome training on Mt. Sanitas!! I can't imagine what'd it be like if there was a blizzard out there :-)
