First of all, what an awesome time everyone had at May's Happy Hour!! Boulder Sports Performance Members dine on healthypizza at the Boulder Organic Pizzeria and enjoyed each others company. Then the very next day, BSP hammered out one of themost intense workouts Boulder Sports Performance's has had thus far on the Folsom Hill!!! All BSP Members focus & intensity was outstanding and very impressive!! Read all about the Happy Hour and Training Review at Boulder Sports Performance's Blog.
Secondly, and most importantly, the BolderBoulder 10K is closely approaching. Boulder Sports Performance is looking to have awesome representation at this huge event. In last week's email, it indicated that there would be a pre-race BolderBoulder BBQ (Sunday, May 30th) at Kate Readio's home. The BolderBoulder BBQ has been moved to a "POST-BOLDERBOULDER BBQ", May 31st (after the race) still at Kate Readio home. Next week's Boulder Sports Performance's email will provide directions, time and what to bring if you are planning on attending. BSP invites all members, family, and friends to join together to relax, eat and soak those legs in her awesome hot tub.
The following is training for this coming week. Please note the DIFFERENT days & times. All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
~Tuesday, Mt. Sanitas Training at 5:30PM;
~Thursday, Boulder High School Training at 5:30PM.
