This past week of training, cycling AND running for Boulder Sports Performance was superb!!! BSP had some intense workouts, and couple of Boulder Sports Performance Members participated in the Lyons 5K River Run and one BSPMember completing the Bicycle Tour of Colorado (BTC). Look for short reports of these events on Boulder Sports Performance's Facebook.
IMPORTANT: This past June, BSP was asked to assist the Boulder Road Runners with course marshaling the Uni-Hill 2K for the newly named RUN BOULDER (a.k.a. - Boulder Downtown race series). Boulder Sports Performance has been asked again to volunteer with the upcoming, West End 3K on Thursday July 22nd. If YOU would like to help out, please send quick "Yes" to info@bouldersportsperformance.com. Responses for this opportunity need to be sent by NO later than Friday, July 2nd. This is another great community event for BSP, especially for the kids and families.
For this coming Sunday, July 4th join fellow athletes for Avery's, 4 on the 4th. This event has been noted to have the best post race beer (....Avery's...of-course) and breakfast burritos. Details are on line (follow link above), so sign up soon.

The following is Boulder Sports Performance training for this coming week. Please note the following time change for Thursday evenings training. All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
