Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates

As the Fall season is upon us, the weather is MORE than ideal to be outside and break a sweat. Some people may think of this time of year as a “down” time because of the chiller weather or the quickly approaching holiday season. Boulder Sports Performance wants this to be THE most important time to either start joining each BSP training session OR continue on the road to high levels of cardio-respiratory endurance. Remember, Boulder Sports Performance’s training can be found on BSP’s Meetup Page. This weeks training are listed at the end of this email.

Stay tuned (most likely in next weeks BSP email) for Boulder Sports Performance’s October Happy Hour. This is a perfect time for each and every one of you to meet fellow Boulder Sports Performance Members to exchange winter trainings plans, upcoming races, or just to get to know each other better. It is also an opportunity to encourage new OR interested people to meet others fitness enthusiasts and join BSP’s training.

Boulder Sports Performance is also excited to announce the installation of TWO new University of Colorado interns, Zachary Adamson and Brian Brunsing to the BSP Team. Zach and Brian are focusing their studies on sport business and geared up to make BIG contributions to Boulder Sports Performance. Be on the lookout for some amazing stuff and welcome them as you may see them at some of the trainings or social gatherings.

The following is Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days & times! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
~Tuesday, CAMP Boulder Sports Performance at 9:15AM,
~Wednesday, Howard Heuston Training at 6:00PM (following training, slacklining for balance),
~Sunday, Boulder High School Training at 10:00AM -- 60-75 minutes.

**For those persons wanting to pay online (
ONLY FOR THE PER SESSION PAYMENT OF $10.00), PayPal accepts payment on Meetup.com as well; otherwise BSP's Group Packages are by cash or check at the training.

Have a wonderful week from the
Boulder Sports Performance Team.
