Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates


What a wonderful week of training!! Those Boulder Sports Performance Members that participated this week, definitely felt the intensity of each training session raise a notch. Check out comments made by fellow BSP Members on Meetup or Boulder Sports Performance's Facebook. As it gets closer to daylight savings time (Nov. 1),Boulder Sports Performance's trainings have moved to 6PM and will make ONE more move to 5:30PM once we starting getting into the winter months. ALSO, Boulder Sports Performance is offering a NEW ski conditioning class out of Flatiron Athletic Club on Mondays at 5:30PM. Join other ski and snowboarding enthusiasts.

Boulder Sports Performance's October Happy Hour has been set for Friday, October 29th at Wahoo's Fish Tacos at 5PM. To reiterate, this is a great opportunity for current BSP Members to bring out NEW faces and introduce fellowBoulder Sports Performance Members. BSP is not only about training for YOUR endurance sport BUT to network and build community amongst each other. The Boulder Sports Performance Team encourages each and everyone of you to come out and enjoy an evening of relaxation, socialization and great food!!

The following is Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days & times! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
~Tuesday, CAMP Boulder Sports Performance at 9:15AM,
~Wednesday, Howard Heuston Training at 6:00PM (before the session, slacklining for balance),
~Sunday, Boulder High School Training at 10:00AM -- 60-75 minutes.

ONLY FOR THE PER SESSION PAYMENT OF $10.00), PayPal accepts payment on Meetup.com as well; otherwise BSP's Group Packages are by cash or check at the training.
