Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates


This past week, Boulder Sports Performance had not only great training sessions, but also its monthly Happy Hour at Wahoo's. It is always a pleasure for the BSP Team to interact with participants outside of working out and more on a social level. 

IMPORTANT: By popular demand, Boulder Sports Performance has decided to incorporate Boulder Sports PerformanceCyclingBSP's Cycle classes will work not only cardio/respiratory fitness, strengthen the legs to build lean, powerful and explosive legs BUT will also use heartrate to utilize each training zone (interval, strength, endurance or a combination of each) to maximize the ride. There is some important criteria that needs to be read to understand how this class will take place:

* Reservations for Boulder Sports Performance Cycling will open 24 hours prior to the start of the class on Meetup,
ONLY 13 bikes will be available for those that are interested, however, a wait-list will be available if a registered BSPcyclist cannot attend,
Boulder Sports Performance Cycling classes will be $12 per person to reserve a bike (cash OR check before each class),
* Classes will take place at the Workout Studio and all are allowed participate without being a member of the Workout Studio.

The following is Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:

~Tuesday, CAMP Boulder Sports Performance at 9:15AM,
~Wednesday, Boulder High School Training at 5:30PM,
~Friday, BSP's Cycle Class at 11:30AM (the Workout Studio)
~Sunday, Sunrise Amphitheater Training at 10:00AM -- 60-75 minutes.
