Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates


Is this really November weather? This current Colorado weather is such a relief from last year's winter month-after-month drudgery (which started last September). When ideal weather is present, Boulder Sports Performance utilizes every bit of it by training at 100% effort. This is no different from any other BSP training, although, great weather usually yields great training output. It must also be noted that ALL Boulder Sports Performance classes have been getting pretty close to capacity (15 participants); so to ensure a slot, please RSVP to ALL sessions on BSP's Meetup.

As indicated in last weeks email, Boulder Sports Performance is starting a BRAND NEW cycling class. Due to some mechanical issues, Boulder Sports Performance Cycle had to be cancelled last week. However, BSP'sCycling class is schedule as a "go" for this week. Registration for Boulder Sports Performance's Cycling will open 24-hours prior to its schedule time. Please plan appropriately. 

The following is Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:

~Tuesday, CAMP Boulder Sports Performance at 9:15AM,
~Wednesday, Boulder High School Training at 5:45PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up),
~Friday, BSP's Cycle Class at 11:30AM (the Workout Studio),
~Sunday, Folsom Hill Training at 10:00AM -- 60-75 minutes.
