WINTER IS HERE!! And what does that mean for Boulder Sports Performance: BSP WILL still be training outdoors throughout the winter, UNLESS, conditions are EXTREMELY bad. It also means, because of the Thanksgiving holiday, Boulder Sports Performance's November Happy Hour will take place next Friday (location & time TBD)...stay tuned.
Numerous BSP Members have asked about the RicoFIT compression socks that have been worn by fellow Boulder Sports Performance Members. For those that are interesting in purchasing a pair of RicoFIT (a proud sponsor ofBoulder Sports Performance) compression socks, PLEASE, send an email here (info@bouldersportsperformance.com) and all the details of how to get your DISCOUNTED compression socks as aBSP Member.
Lastly, it has been very unfortunate that Boulder Sports Performance has yet to launch it BSP Cycling Class. There have been some issues that have gotten in the way of it beginning. Below is a statement that was written to some REALLY concerned future participants:
"I apologize for any inconvenience that I may have caused with the canceling of my spinning class through 24 Hour Fitness & moving to another facility to train out of. When initial mutual agreements and proposals were being made between myself and the facility, the facility was unable to meet some of the suggestions I had made to ensure that YOU, the participant, would want in a well-rounded Spinning class (especially conducted as a Boulder Sports Performance class). Unable to meet these suggestions & ideas, I could not pursue this particular facility. Also, based on the current conditions of the Spinning studio a good workout could have been made, however, I may have lost creditability and reputation with some participants based on the environment. I am still in the process of figuring out how I can accommodate each and every one of you while being able to support myself. Please stay tuned for further news on future Spinning class. In the meantime, please join me (if possible) every Tuesday at 9AM and Friday at 6AM at 24 Hour Fitness."
The following is Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
~Tuesday, CAMP Boulder Sports Performance at 9:15AM,
~Wednesday, Chautauqua Park Training at 5:45PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up),
~Wednesday, Chautauqua Park Training at 5:45PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up),
~Sunday, Boulder High School Training at 10:00AM -- 60-75 minutes.
