Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates


Boulder Sports Performance's November Happy Hour was a HUGE success, as there was an awesome showing of current BSP Members as well as new/potential Boulder Sports Performance participants relaxing at the Baker Street Pub. BSP December's Happy Hour looks to be just as exciting as this will mark the last Happy Hour of 2010. Speaking of the end of the year.....Boulder Sports Performance will soon be having its annual "Holiday Party". Stay tuned for details including date, time and location.

Beginning this week, for most people, starts the 2-month long festivities of the "Holiday Season"; as Thanksgiving is closely approaching. This time of the year is NOT an excuse to ditch the months and months of goals that have been set to "indulge". However, it should be a time (in reference to health & well-being) to stay EVEN MORE focused and continue the fitness regimes that have been set. Boulder Sports Performance WILL continue its training as it has throughout the year. BSP hopes for continued success and for each and everyone to beconsistent in their training.

The following is the Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:

~Monday, Chautauqua Park Training at 5:45PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up),
~Tuesday, CAMP Boulder Sports Performance at 9:15AM,
~Saturday, Boulder High School Training at 9:00AM -- 60-75 minutes.
