Boulder Sports Performance started out its FIRST Happy Hour of the New Year at the Lazy Dog. BSP hosted and invited not only Boulder Sports Performance Members, but had the group from Outdoor Mindset as well as Running Republic of Boulder joining. This made for an overwhelming showing with AWESOME Happy Hour specials. Everyone had a great time and rest assure that February's Happy Hour will be at a bigger venue.
As the temperatures plummet, Boulder Sports Performance will continue to conduct its training outside. Pleasemake sure that the proper attire is wore for each session. Also, make sure to stay hydrated. Just because it's cold does not mean that your body is not in need of water. This week will be more about mental toughness (weather conditions) than the physical aspect.
The following is the Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
~Wednesday, Boulder Sport Performance Stair Training at 5:45PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up),
~Saturday, Mt. Sanitas Training at 10:00AM -- 60-75 minutes.
