Boulder Sports Performance's Weekly Updates

Not too many announcements for the upcoming week. The weather forecast indicated for this week is showing some pretty chilly weather mid-week. Please be sure to check Boulder Sports Performance's Meetup page as "day-of" cancelations may happen. Boulder Sports Performance's training DO take place ALL outdoors, however, when its negative degree weather, sometimes, its better to have on On Your Own, OYO, training indoors.

Valentine's Day is closely approaching and what better way to say 'I love you' than with a BSP Group Training Session. Although some may say this will break up the relationship Wink, your significant will be thankful for the cardiovascular, endurance and strength changes they will see & feel. 

The following is the Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:

~Wednesday, Boulder Sport Performance Stair Training at 5:45PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up),
~Saturday, Mt. Sanitas Training at 10:00AM -- 60-75 minutes.
