It's getting close to that time of the year again!! BolderBOULDER, the world's largest 10K, is closely approaching, and as the weather here in Colorado is getting "some-what" tolerable, folks are prepping for this awesome running event. Boulder Sports Performance's Run Group has been going strong throughout this winter and March will kick-off it's BolderBOULDER training. Details are as follows:
* BSP Run Group meets twice a week (Wednesdays & Fridays) promptly leaving at 7AM from the parking lot of 24 Hour Fitness on Iris & 30th.
* Wednesdays will be a tempo run, ON THE COURSE of the BolderBOULDER, to get a feel of the twist & turns, inclines & declines.
* Friday will be speed work day which will focus on leg turnover for faster times!!
* Price per month is $15, pay at the beginning of each month, for 8 sessions (that LESS THAN $2 for an hour of serious training!!)

The following is the Boulder Sports Performance training schedule for this coming week. PLEASE make note of the following days, times and locations! All Boulder Sports Performance Members are requested to RSVP through Meetup.com as it makes it easier to have an accurate count of who's coming:
~Wednesday, Boulder Sport Performance Stair Training at 5:45PM (first 15 min. spent on a thorough warm-up),
~Saturday, On Your Own Weekend (OYO), make sure to get it done.
