Boulder High School Stairs & Speed Training Review

Today was the FIRST time in 2010 Boulder Sports Performance was able to utilize the stairs at Boulder High School (clear AND dry from the snow & ice). Most Boulder Sports Performance training sessions are 90 minutes but usually when the group is smaller than 5 people, 60 minutes is MORE than enough time for BSP members; as was seen today!!! Alternating between the stairs (for leg strengthening and high heart rate) and the track (for leg turnover and sustained heart rate) is NEVER "fun" to do, however, is important on making gains cardiovascularly. As stated earlier and what you may hear a lot is that CONSISTENCY is the key on making any type of physical and mental changes. Yes, the workout may seen easier as you keep on attending BSP sessions, that just means you have to "UP" your intensity. Boulder Sports Performance looks forward for you joining us this coming weekend for an Upper Body / Cardiovascular Workout at Harlow Platts Park. Make sure to RSVP on Boulder Sports Performance's Meetup.
