If you are like me, you are sick of Winter! I am ready for Spring and some warm running weather. However, just hang in there and keep running/training, whether it be indoors or out. Also, cross-training indoors is a great compliment to your running fitness if you just can't or plain DON'T WANT to go outside in the cold. Treadmill work is a different type of training than going outdoors, but it is still beneficial and definitely not a waste of time and/or sweat. Remember the goals you set for yourself in January and don't give up yet!
