With the cold weather, that won't go away, it is especially important to STRETCH after training sessions/running. It is especially beneficial to stretch AFTER your activity to avoid sore muscles and injuries. However, DO NOT BOUNCE when you stretch, especially if you are stretching an area that is already injured or is prone to injury. It is easy to ignore stretching but it is very hard to ignore injuries... SO, devote some time to stretching out your muscles and avoid the injuries all together.
