Mt. Sanitas Training Review

Okay, okay...I understand that there are SIX more weeks of winter, booooo, but today was a definite exception to that darn groundhog's predictions. On the always scenic and beautiful Mt. Sanitas is where Boulder Sports Performance trained mid-day. After spending the first 20-25 minutes at the trailhead doing some leg strengthening exercises; BSP moved to the start of the Mt. Sanitas trail to work on speed and plyometrics drills, UP the trail. From there was some off-the-trail uphill sprint work and finally ending back at the trailhead to do some isometric moves. Nice job to everyone that was there!! STAY STRONG in this "supposed" six-weeks of winter and see all BSP on Saturday at Flagstaff.
