True, enough, it seems to me. And, to maintain an ideal weight, exercise just isn't enough. One of my friends thinks of herself as a Prius. Her body doesn't need much fuel, and certainly not as much as the men in her life.
OK just for today, I'm going to really think about how much fuel I need before I put in my mouth even if it is a yummy cupcake that I want. I don't need it today. I'll have one after my half marathon if I really want it. --kate readio
