Mt. Sanitas Training Review
Boulder Sports Performance took to Mt. Sanitas for one extreme workout. Today there were 7 Boulder Sports Performance Members that showed up to take on Mt. Sanitas in a workout that provided a heart rate in the 85-92% MaxHR for almost the entire session!! There were several goals that were given to BSP Members: the first was to work as a GROUP to get to the top of Mt. Sanitas in as little time as they could, the second was to keep a steady "relatively" high heart rate (for the faster BSP Member included pushups, plyometrics, and body weight exercises in order to stay together) AND finally the third was to motivate & help each through the whole session. Boulder Sports Performance completed each of these tasks as the final person to make it to the top was 32:17!!! We did have one battle wound during the decent, but I think Mt. Sanitas was the one who paid the price of dealing with Boulder Sports Performance. Awesome job everyone!!!
